Zopo ZP200 rooting - root

I do not have this phone, so I did not test this!

Instructions:

download the Zopo_ZP200_ROOT.rar, unpack it.

copy the v9_root.zip to the INTERNAL memory (NOT SDCARD2!), do not unpack the zip.

take out the battery, put it back in. Boot into the phone's recovery mode by pressing POWER and VOL - , when the phones vibrates, release the buttons.

In the recovery mode, select "apply update from sdcard", select the v9_root.zip

Reboot the phone.

    1. I tested it and it works great.
      Very fast.
      At the end go to the market and update the superuser.
      After that launch the superuser and update the bin.

      Enjoy :)

  7. no , i have zp200 120414 version and on the zopo website , there's the 420417 version ... i download the file but i don't known how to install it .... if you can help me ...

    1. There's a test version out which I'm trying. It's a little buggy but otherwise good. Although it hasn't got 3D functionality yet! So if you don't mind for now, it's worth installing.

    How can I get to install on SDCARD2 of Haipei i19220, it appears the default is isntalling on the (internal) SDCARD instead

  13. on zp200.ru (using google translate) you can find detailed instructions how to upgrade to the latest official version of android 2.3 for the zp200 with the full 1GB Ram available. I upgraded my phone and it worked fine. Just had to root again after (see above)
